Sophie V. Herman, age 96, passed away on Oct. 26, 2020. Beloved mother of Barbara (Terrance) Denges and Corrine (Andrew) Pollina; cherished grandmother of Kimberly (Gerald) Eilers, Andrea (Adam) Criscione, and Matthew Pollina; devoted great-grandmother to Gerald, Monica and Jake Eilers, and Adam Jeffrey, Andrew, and Anthony Criscione; dear sister to Eleanor Jura; and fond aunt to many.

Visitation Saturday, October 31st, 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12 p.m. at The Elms Funeral Home, 7600 W. Grand Ave., (North at 76th Ave) Elmwood Park. Interment at St. Adalbert Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association .
