Sal Lena age 89 passed away peacefully January 20, 2012. Survived by his wife of 64 years, Angie (nee DeMarco) , Loving Father of Frank (Kelly), Paulette (Ray) Maraviglia, Danny (Marie), Kenny (Kathy), Joey (Cindy), cherished papa of 19 , Proud great cho cho papa of 11, ;dear brother of Mary Smetana, the late Vince (Maryann) and George Lena; Devoted son of the late Mario & Paola Lena.
brother in law of Mary(Bob) Marcucci. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Life long friend of Uncle Teddy Landski.
Sal owned and operated Village Auto Body & Towing located in Schiller Park with over 50 years in business. Sal worked up until the day he became ill, he will be missed by all the loyal friends he made along the way. Visitation Monday from 3 to 9 P.M. Funeral prayers Tuesday 9 :15 A.M. at THE ELMS FUNERAL HOME 7600 W. Grand Ave., (North at 76th Ct) Elmwood Park. Procession to St. Vincent Ferrer Church for 10 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial.Interment All Saints Cemetery.
