Richard Jose Santiago, Born August 9, 1989 -  At Peace October 20, 2020, Age 31; devoted father of Janius; beloved son of Richard and Betsy; loving fiancé of Priscilla Echevarria; dearest brother of Kiani; cherished nephew, uncle, cousin and friend to many.  Richard was an amazing son, father, friend and mentor to many.  He proudly served as a Cook County Sheriff's Correctional Officer, and will be deeply missed by all.  Visitation, Sunday, October 25 ^th from 3 to 9 p.m.  Funeral Service, Monday, 10a.m. at The Elms Funeral Home, 7600 W.
