Rafael Cruz, age 68, of Chicago, passed away Wednesday, December 11, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Ramona Delgado; loving father of Tito, Ralphy and Liza; cherished grandfather of Syrie, Aaliyah, Nene and Kalisy; dear brother and fond uncle of many.

Rafael was a passionate musician and also loved playing Dominoes. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.

Visitation Sunday evening from 3:00PM to 9:00PM at The Elms Funeral Home, 7600 W. Grand Ave, Elmwood Park, IL 60707. Prayer 9:00AM Monday followed by Funeral Mass at St. James The Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 5730 W. Fullerton Ave., Chicago, IL 60639, 10:00AM. Interment at Arlington Cemetery, Elmhurst.
