Paul Thomas Banks, age 44, died Thursday, September 16, 2010, at his home in South Carolina. Born in Chicago, Mr. Banks was a son of Mary Ann Blaha Vesely and the late Peter Quentin Banks. He was a nuclear medicine and MRI technologist with Springs Memorial Hospital. He was a member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Paul was a thoughtful, caring man, honest, hardworking and generous. He was always smiling, loved his family and friends and was a true role-model.
Surviving are his mother and step-father, Mary and James Vesely of Corrales, N.M.; his fiancé, Lynn Thompson and her son, Alex Vickers, of Indian Trail, N.C.; his brother, David Banks and his wife, Martha, of Bartlett, Ill.; his sisters, Kathy Banker and her husband, Richard, of Bernalillo, N.M. and Karen Stearns and her husband, James, of Albuquerque, N.M.; and many nieces and nephews.Visitation Wednesday September 22, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Prayers Thursday 9:15 a.m. Procession to St.Celestine Church for 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial.
