Ofelia R. Martinez, 93, of Chicago passed away peacefully on September 6, 2021. She was the loving wife of the late Jose A.; beloved mother of the late Jose, Maria, the late Margarita, the late Ruben, Magdalena, Dora, Carlos, Guadalupe, and Esmeralda; devoted grandmother of 19; great-grandma of 13; and great-great-grandma of 9.

Visitation will be on Saturday, September 11, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. to time of prayers at The Elms Funeral Home 7600 W. Grand Ave., Elmwood Park, IL.

Funeral prayers will begin at 11 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial at 12 p.m. at St. Sylvester Church, with interment to follow at Memory Gardens.
