Mary Ann E. Pankiewicz, nee Makowski; Beloved wife of Daniel; cherished sister of Joseph Makowski (Mary O'Brien); dearest aunt and cousin to many.  Mary Ann graduated from Mundelein College, class of 1957.  She was a dedicated teacher at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic School and sales manager for the Great Books Foundation.  Mary Ann was active in numerous Polish-American civic organizations, and a life member of the Polish Arts Club, Polish Museum of America and Elmwood Park Woman's Club.   Visitation, Thursday, from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral Prayers, Friday, 9:15 a.m. at The Elms Funeral Home 7600 W.
