Mark A. Ptack, age 56, beloved son of Mary Malmborg and the late Henry Ptack. Dear brother of Mike (Sue), Joe (Karen), Mary Jo, Bob (Karen), Rich (Sherisse), John and Dan (Michelle) Ptack; affectionate uncle to Mike Jr., Ken (Chloe), Henry, Nate, Joe, Sarah, Elizabeth, Alexander, Stephen, and Christine Ptack; and loving great uncle to Amelia Ptack. Mark was a dedicated sports fan, avid bowler, generous supporter of Catholic school and scout fundraisers, legendary shopper with a keen eye for parking spots and devoted godfather to Mike Jr. and Elizabeth Ptack. He died unexpectedly and will be missed by all. Visitation Friday, July 28 ^th 4-9 pm. Funeral Prayers, Saturday, July 29 ^th 9:15 am at The Elms Funeral Home 7600 W.
