Luis Negron Sr., 69, loving soul mate of Maria Sanchez; beloved father of Beatrice, Damaris, Sulma, Xiomara, and Luis Jr.; Grandpa Rafy of Brian, Jainy, Alanis, Yahir, Ariana, Nichole, Naomi, Ian, Jordan, Joshua, Xyaliyah, Janiyah, Lily, Luis III; devoted brother of Angel, Anibal, Oscar, Geraldo, Adrian, Raymond, Ana, Elsa, Maria, and Lourdes; cherished son of the late Rafael and the late Carmen; and unforgettable uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Luis was one of the best furniture salesman in the Chicago area for both Harlem Furniture and Aronson Furniture, his main "competitor" over the years was his brother Angel. Luis loved everything to do with horses, from riding to predicting who would win at the races. He was known for his guitar playing skills, amazing talent at Dominoes, and settling down with a good cup of coffee. Luis was a fan of all sports from boxing to baseball , it was well known that the Cubs were his home team. Above everything else, Luis lived for family gatherings where he could spend time with his large and loving family. He will be missed by very many family members and friends.

Visitation, Sunday, March 12, 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Prayers, Monday, March 13, 9:00 a.m. at The Elms Funeral Home, 7600 W. Grand Ave., Elmwood Park, IL with Funeral Mass to begin at 10:00 a.m. at St. Vincent Ferrar. Interment will be private.
