Julia Romero Nassar, born December 20, 1925 in Nicaragua, passed away September 3, 2025 in Chicago, IL at the age of 99; beloved mother of Maria Nassar and Sayda (Flavio) Marin; cherished Tata of Lizette Sierra, Zenaida Cordova, Alyssa Sierra, Jessica Vaca, Samuel Marin and Amina Marin; great-grandmother of Amirah, Aliana and Amaya Williams; loving sister and aunt of many. Julia emigrated from Nicaragua in 1963 to build a new life here in the United States. Julia dedicated herself to raising her family, she was loved and will be missed by all.
