John F. Truty, age 99. Preceded in death by his wife Angela Truty (nee Ogrodny); dear father of John D. (Dani), Larry (Alice), Andrea and the late Terry; loving grandfather of Erika (Jon E.) Patkowa, John M. (fiancé Kaitlin Portillo), David, Alison (Tommy) Stuever, Brittny (Jason) Baugh, James (Erin), Timothy (fiancé Claire Savage), and Scott (Patty); loving great-grandfather of Tyler, Lars, Cory, Luca, Chloe, Noah, Logan, Aubrey, Hank, Charlee, and Eliza; fond brother of the late Walter (the late Claire), the late Helen Peleck (the late Roman), the late Joseph (the late Helen). John will also be missed by his loving caregivers Theresa Baranowska, Theresa Rudnicka, and Halina Biszko.

Funeral Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Cyprian Church, 2601 Clinton Street, River Grove, Illinois for a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass.
