Joanna "Judy" Rae Hendricksen nee Yagelski, 86, loving wife of the late Harry Hendricksen; treasured mother of Joan (Phil) Klein, Margaret (Rich) Hendricksen, and Bonnie Marie; devoted grandmother of Brock, Garrett, Chaz, Harris, and Brian; great-grandmother of Ryker, Lexa, Cooper, Grace, Austin, Will, Addy, and Lilah; and cherished daughter of the late Charles and late Bonnie Yagelski.

Judy lived a life full of color, laughter, and adventure. A loving mother and gifted artist, she could be found with a paintbrush in hand, a poker game on the table, or a dance floor beneath her feet. She loved the open road, camping under the stars, and exploring new places in her beloved RV - a symbol of the independence she worked so hard to build. Her strong spirit and boundless love will remain in our hearts forever.

We will miss the Texas Tornado.

Visitation will be on Friday, December 12, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at The Elms Funeral Home, 7600 W. Grand Ave., Elmwood Park, IL. Funeral service will begin at 12 p.m. with interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery in River Grove, IL.
