Jean J. Lashok nee Kwiek, age 87, of Chicago passed away peacefully Saturday, February 08, 2020. Loving wife of the late Michael Edward Lashok; beloved mother of Laura L. Lashok; fond aunt to many nieces and nephews. Jean is preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Ann, Fran, Lottie, Mary, Eddie and William. Caring second mother to Theresa, Gina and Rosanne;  cherished caretaker of her four legged and feathered friends Chandler, Willow and Benny.

Jean married Michael Edward on May 26, 1962. They resided in Chicago and raised their daughter there as well. Being from Chicago she was an avid Chicago Bears and Cubs fan. Jean was always known to be a sociable  person and loved sipping on a margarita with her friends. She will truly be missed by her family and friends.

Visitation Wednesday, February 12, from 9AM until time of service at 12 noon at The Elms Funeral Home, 7600 W. Grand Ave, Elmwood Park. Entombment at Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove.
