Gary R. Collins, age 64, of Chicago, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 25, 2020. Beloved husband of Janet Collins;  loving father of Jenny (Carlo Chirchirillo) Collins and Jackie (Joe Busa) Collins; dear son of the late LeRoy and the late Eileen Collins; cherished son-in-law of Edith and the late Ted Johanson.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the Prayer Service at 11 a.m., at The Elms Funeral Home, 7600 W. Grand Ave., Elmwood Park.  Interment at Maryhill Cemetery.
