Eleonore D. Weber, 67, a beloved long-time resident of Elmwood Park, IL, passed away peacefully at home on August 15, 2024, after a courageous battle with ALS.  She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Martin, and her parents, Margaret and Salvatore DiFrancesco, in eternal rest.  Eleonore was the devoted mother of Matthew and Daniel Weber.  She was also a loving sister to Paul and Jeffrey DiFrancesco; dear sister-in-law to Stephanie Zarus and Kathleen Weber; brother's-in-law Robert, Sr. and Richard Weber.  Eleonore will be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews, and many treasured relatives and friends.  Eleonore was a woman of many talents, an artist, entrepreneur, and author who found joy in traveling, nature, cooking, and family.  Her kindness and generosity touched the lives of all who knew her.
