David Beltran Camacho, 42, of Chicago, IL and resident of Ocala, Fl, passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2022. He was born on December 17, 1979 in Humacao, Puerto Rico to Maria Epifania Camacho Figaroa and Luis Manuel Beltran Ortiz. He attended Funston Elementary, Chopin Elementary and Celemente High School. He play a variety of sports and was captain of his teams which included Baseball #17, Basketball #44, and Football #22. He coached his kid's, David and Stephen's, baseball leagues as well. He was the biggest Cubs fan to exist, and loved baseball so much he continued to play as an adult in Humboldt Park and Hermosa Park in Chicago and Yabucoa, Puerto Rico. David was very involved with his kid's childhood. He leaves behind two sons, David and Stephen Martinez, and a longtime girlfriend, Ada N Acevedo . His greatest achievements were and will always be his two sons.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at The Elms Funeral Home, 7600 W Grand Ave, Elmwood Park IL 60707, from 3-9pm.

Services will be held the following day at the funeral home, Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 10am.
