Clara J. Lenisa, Age 80; loving mother of Michael (Cheryl) and Karen (Sam) Dattalo; cherished grandma of Michael (Suzanne), Robert, Samuel, Michael and Nicholas; proud great-grandma of Isabelle and Elizabeth; dear half-sister to David Szabo and Susan Horn; fond aunt and cousin to many.

Born in Hungary, Clara Szabo immigrated to the United States in 1950 when she was 13 years old.  She quickly assimilated into American culture by learning a new language and working hard.  She married Roy Lenisa and raised a family in Elmwood Park, Illinois

Clara was very strong and independent.  Grandma Horse, as she was affectionately known, will always be remembered for her willingness to help others.  After her retirement, she volunteered reading with 1 ^st graders at St. Cyprian School and at Gottlieb Memorial Hospital.  She loved to travel and spending time with her friends in various senior groups.

Clara crossed many paths in her lifetime.  She was a gem and will be truly missed.

Visitation, Monday, from 4 to 9 P.M.  Funeral Prayers, Tuesday, 9:45 A.M. at The Elms Funeral Home 7600 W. Grand Ave. Elmwood Park (North on 76 ^th Ave.,) to St. Cyprian Church for 10:30 A.M.
