IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Cecilio
Ruiz
January 22, 1958 – May 10, 2025
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Cecilio Ruiz, age 67, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and respected business owner, who passed away Saturday, May 10, 2025
Cecilio was the beloved husband of Sara Ruiz, with whom he shared a life full of love, hard work, and unwavering devotion. Together, they raised three children: Cecilio (Yesenia) Ruiz, Jorge (Marlene Rios) Ruiz, and Viviana (Melvin) Cortes, who were the pride of his life. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren—Christian Cortes, Joshua Ruiz, Matthew Ruiz, Xavier Cortes, and Nathaniel Ruiz—each of whom brought immense joy to his heart. He is also survived by many cherished extended family members including Theresa Castro, siblings, cousins, and friends who were like family.
A hardworking and enterprising man, Cecilio built a successful life as the owner of a construction company and a body shop, where he was known not only for his skill and dedication but also for the integrity and kindness he brought to every project and relationship.
Cecilio was most proud of the family he and Sara built together. He loved them deeply and selflessly, always putting them first and never missing an opportunity to offer support, guidance, and laughter. His warm presence, generous spirit, and strong values will live on in all who knew and loved him.
He will be profoundly missed but remembered always with love and gratitude.
