Carolyn Thurman, of Chicago, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2025, which was also her 88th birthday. She now joins in eternal rest, her parents Mark and Genevieve Greenfield, and her eldest son Christopher Thurman. Loving mother to Valerie Thurman, Sherry (Leroy) Bono, Marlene (Brian) Miller; cherished Grandma to Ryan Heaton, Nickolas Bono, Evangeline Bono, and Olivia Miller.

Visitation, Monday, March 31, 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Funeral Service, Tuesday, April 1, 10:00 a.m., at The Elms Funeral Home, 7600 W. Grand Ave., Elmwood Park. Interment to follow at Acacia Park Cemetery, Chicago.
