Carlota M. Chavez, age 95, loving mother of Jesus (Teo), Evangelina (David), Jose L. (Olga), Raquel and Maria Consepcion (Ricardo). Proud grandmother of Ricardo, Erendira, Kathy, Karla, Belen, Nancy, Stefanie and Ricardo. Cherished great-grandmother of Jacky, Mylene and Giselle. Godmother of Maria Alma. Visitation Monday 4 - 9 PM at The Elms Funeral Home, 7600 West Grand Ave, Elmwood Park. Funeral service Tuesday 10 AM at the funeral home. Interment Maryhill.
