Andrew Lim, passed away on February 28, 2023. He was born on December 19, 1939 in Taishan, China and was the eldest son of Montoy and Tu Jang Lim.

As a young Army man stationed in Louisville, Kentucky, he met his future wife, Elaine Burnett. They were married on December 21, 1964.

Loving father of Holly (Brinder) and Lisa (Jamie); dear brother of Kanye and fond uncle and cousin to many. Andrew was "Grampy" to his grandchildren, Theo and Erasyl.

He graduated from Lawrence Technological University with his bachelor's degree. He was in the restaurant business for 16 years, managing and opening his own Chinese restaurant in Bloomfield Hills, MI. After selling the restaurant, he went to work as an electrical engineer at ISI Robotics and General Motors where he retired as Senior Robotic Engineer in 2000.

He will be remembered for his sharp financial skills, love of cooking, watching tennis matches and old western movies. Andy loved to read, grill in the summer, and spend time with his family.

Private interment. A memorial will be held at a later date.
